There is one stall in the upstairs bathroom (which you can no longer access from the bottom floor of the casino) that has been out of order for at least 3 years. Half the time the soft drink machines are broken or there is no ice or cups. I understand there is a new owner of this place and even going weekly, we never see anyone winning anything. Several years ago we could actually hit something and walk out with a little money, but not these days.
We used to visit Black Casino every week as we live not too far away.
